Keep track of your collection with our sophisticated wine inventory management capabilities. Our goal is to meet all of your wine collection needs.

Let us manage your online inventory, or, if you prefer, we can personally maintain your account in our facility or at home. You'll have access to your cellar inventory at any time via the Internet using multiple software and Web-based inventory programs.

We collect multiple data fields per bottle in order to capture detailed descriptions of the wine being inventoried, and we can produce a unique barcode for each bottle to help you better manage your collection. Your wine can be tracked by region, maturation date, current value, grape varietal, etc., using a variety of inventory software programs.

With online inventorying software, you have the ability to create customized reports, view your wines' labels, print a wine list featuring your collection, both in menu form or as an Excel spreadsheet, view tasting reports and schedule a pick-up or delivery.

Receiving & Inspection

Any addition to your collection can be delivered to, and received by, Liquid Assets 5 days a week. We will sign for your order as well as inspect it for quality control and if you like, take inventory of the bottles and upload to your online database.

Or we can simply hold on to your wine in our safe, temperature-controlled holding area until your next visit.

**Receiving $10 per box for first 30 days hold. Additional fees will be charged for longer terms.
