A practical bottle-tag workflow
- Tag. Each bottle receives a unique removable tag linked to its approved digital inventory record.
- Enjoy. When a bottle is consumed, place its tag in a collection bowl.
- Reconcile. LAC batch-scans collected tags to mark bottles consumed.
- Receive. New wine is staged, tagged and scanned into available cellar locations.

Receiving and collection support
Receiving, inspection and organized placement support the collection as new wine arrives. Management can also include reports, maturity and value information. For acquisition, valuation, drink-or-hold decisions or collection-sale guidance, discuss LAC’s Consulting service with the team.
Relocation and emergency collection response
Following fire, flood, refrigeration failure, construction, relocation or another disruption, LAC can assess the collection and, when capacity, access and conditions allow, coordinate removal, protective packing, transport to LAC, temporary storage and return when the destination is ready.
